The hotel's location is handy for exploring nearby attractions, while the lobby area shines with lovely decor and cleanliness that creates a warm vibe.

Service issues marred my experience, particularly at checkout where the staff was unaccommodating, impacting the overall stay quality.

The gym area was nice and had a lot of equipment.

When we arrived, the trashes outside were overflowing, giving us a bad first impression. Although check-in was easy, they initially asked for payment again despite my reservation being fully paid. The room had a musty smell, it was warm, and there was no shampoo in the shower.

Clean room and friendly staff! They really went above and beyond, breakfast was comp'd after a hiccup with room keys. It was cozy and close to great restaurants. Would stay again for sure!

The King Room, Hearing Access was pretty comfy. The cleanliness stood out, everything felt fresh. I liked the lobby area too. it had a nice vibe. Location was decent, close to a few spots. But, honestly, the bed could've been more comfy for a better night's sleep.

my stay was pleasant with a much cleaner room than my last visit in waco. the cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious and set the perfect start for the day. staff members were accommodating and made everything easy and enjoyable, exceeding my expectations.

I really enjoyed the beautiful, clean room and the spacious layout, but the bed was a bit too firm for my taste. I'd definitely consider staying here again!
